Spark Fitness utilizes a background in Exercise Science to develop programs specific to client’s needs. Special consideration is given to age, weight, fitness experience and previous/current injuries. Your trainer will tailor a program incorporating resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility techniques.

Getting Started


This is where we gather all the information necessary to personalize your fitness program. Personal information such as height, weight, exercise background, diet, etc. will be obtained. We will utilize this time to schedule your sessions for the month.


Once your program is finished you will be ready for action. Explanations and demonstrations will take place in order to provide you with a safe and effective workout. Consistency is vital for your success.


After the first 8 weeks a reevaluation will take place to measure success and determine the need for adjustments in your program. This is similar to the information gathering that takes place in the consultation.
