Our Introductory Private Pilates package consists of 3 one-on-one sessions. Each session is 55 minutes, programmed specifically for you and your personal fitness goals and scheduled according to your availability.

Reformer Group Class Package:
If you prefer working out with others in a group class setting, this is ideal for you.
Attend one of our monthly Introductory Reformer Series which consists of 3 classes held at the same day/time each week and geared towards the beginner level Pilates student. During the Intro. Reformer Series you will be introduced to the Reformer, guided through the basic principles of Pilates and progress through beginner level Reformer exercises. Each class is 55 minutes and limited to 4 participants.
