Jennifer’s appreciation for movement began as a young child and grew into a passion as a young adult. With a background in ballet, Jennifer danced professionally for small regional ballet companies in Maryland and Florida. Following her love for the arts she began teaching dance while majoring in Dance Performance at the University of South Florida. Suffering for many years with shin splints, Jennifer was encouraged to take Pilates for rehabilitation and to increase strength and overall performance. The STOTT Pilates® method played a vital role in Jennifer’s training helping to improve alignment, to work more efficiently and without pain. This success led to her decision to become a STOTT Pilates® certified instructor.

Teaching Pilates since the summer of 2009, Jennifer has established herself in the Tampa Bay area as a knowledgeable and reputable instructor. She has experience working with many different individuals ranging from post-rehabilitation to athletic performance.

Jennifer strives to motivate her clients and provide an informative, safe and fun workout.

    Paul

    “Because You Can”

    Paul’s fitness journey extends over 20 years. He has worked with many clients ranging from general population to professional athletes. He has found that no matter what your fitness level is there are times when you ask yourself “Why am I doing this?” His answer, “Because you can!” Paul believes that motivation is often the difference between success and failure.

    Paul began his immersion into health and fitness at Illinois State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. In 1999, Paul became certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Paul separates himself from many fitness professionals by his exposure to a wide variety of training methods and modalities. He is active in continuing education, applying what he learns into his coaching and instruction.

    Jenn

    “Passion plus purpose equals result”

    Jenn has an extensive background in dance and graduated high school from the renowned High School of Performing Arts in New York. She danced professionally for companies such as Yin Mei Dance Company, Jacque D’amir, Shapiro and Smith and Circle of Dance. While performing, Jenn taught various genres of dance for 12 years.

    Graduating from Queens College with a Bachelor’s in Education and Dance, Jenn continued on to St. John’s College earning a Master’s in Math. Before relocating to Florida, she taught math to 6th, 7th and 8th graders.

    Jenn was first introduced to STOTT Pilates® after taking classes at Spark Fitness. Her passion for movement and teaching led to her decision to take the STOTT Pilates® Intensive Mat course and Total BarreTM training. Jenn enjoys helping clients reach their personal fitness goals and she brings positive energy and enthusiasm to each of her classes.

    Lynette

    “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live in.”

    Lynette has a passion for physical fitness and has explored many different fitness modalities. She immediately appreciated the philosophy of STOTT Pilates® and its ability to identify and correct weaknesses in her own body.

    Lynette developed a personal connection with the rehabilitation side of Pilates, after her daughter sustained a broken leg while riding a rollercoaster. Lynette witnessed first hand how Pilates could help restore strength, mobility and balance after an injury. Feeling and seeing the change in herself has inspired Lynette to become a certified STOTT Pilates® instructor.

    Being active in wakeboarding, scuba diving, paddleboarding and kitesurfing can be very physically demanding. Lynette keeps Pilates in the center of her fitness routine to help her endurance, core strength and balance.

    Kasey

    “I’d rather attempt doing something great and fail than to attempt to do nothing and succeed.”

    Kasey’s background in movement began in musical theatre, which she started at the age of four. She continued to dance, act and sing throughout her childhood. Her fondness for the arts led her to New York City where she graduated in theatre from the reputable “Circle in the Square Theatre School” on Broadway.

    After graduation, Kasey briefly worked professionally before realizing she missed the physical demands of training. She was introduced to Pilates and fell in love with the mind/body connection. Kasey is a certified Spin instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics and currently pursuing her STOTT Pilates® certification.
